How to Order Parts from Omnitronix
Where do I buy?
There are two routes, and most customers use both. For a part you can name by number, order it online at omnipart.co.za, our online store. You see the price, pay by card and the order is delivered to you. For a parts list, a fleet requirement or a machine you need several components for, send us a quote request and we come back with pricing and lead times on the whole list.
Is the price on the site the price I pay?
Yes. The price shown against a part is the price of the part. Delivery is added separately: on Omnipart it is calculated at checkout from the courier rates for your address, and on a quote we show it as its own line.
Parts marked “Price on request”, such as the Spafax mirror range and specialist industrial gauges, are priced per enquiry. Send the part number and quantity and we reply with the price.
Do you give trade pricing?
On volume orders, yes. If you are buying for a workshop, a fleet or a mine and the quantities are regular, ask for a trade quote rather than ordering line by line online. Put the part numbers and quantities in one request so we can price the order as a whole.
How do I find the right part number?
The quickest way is the number printed on the old part. VDO gauges and senders carry it on the back or the body. If the number is worn or the part is discontinued, send us what you have: a partial number, a photo of the label, or the vehicle or machine and where the part fits. We match it to the current equivalent before you order.
For machines, the applications pages list the component groups we supply for haul trucks, excavators, loaders, forklifts, tractors, underground machines and diesel engines.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across South Africa by courier. Delivery time depends on the part and the destination, and we confirm it on the order or the quote.
